We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Customer Service Administrator to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting customer service operations, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong administrative capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Duties:




  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions.

  • Prepare and manage customer documentation, including contracts, invoices, and reports.

  • Address and resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure swift resolution of customer problems.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer service procedures and suggest improvements.

  • Generate regular reports on customer service activities, feedback, and issues.

  • Update and maintain customer databases and CRM systems.





The Ideal Candidate




  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office Packages).

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Experience in the transport industry is desirable but not essential.

  • Own transport due to location.
