Join our utilities client's team as a Contract Customer Service Administrator and be the heartbeat of our service excellence! This role, based in our clients Glasgow office, offers a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be the friendly face and voice representing our utilities client. Your mission is to provide top-notch support and assistance to our valued customers. This is a 5-days-a-week contract role, ensuring our customers receive unparalleled service every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
Process customer requests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns.
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service and administration
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
