A leading organisation in the education and training industry is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team on a temporary basis.

Your new role

As a customer service administrator, you will be supporting the busy customer service team with a variety of tasks and responsibilities.

Duties include;
- Respond to external and internal emails

- Build and maintain relationships with customers

- Answer administrative enquiries

- To provide ongoing account management for customers

- Liaise with head of customer experience and operations

What you'll need to succeed

- Experience in an administrative role

- Ability to work as part of a team

- Ability to work to deadlines

What you'll get in return


- Fully remote role

- Monday to Friday

- �11.60 per hour

- Full time hours
