Customer Service Administrator

Location: Brough

Monday-Friday 9.00am-17.00pm

�12.00 per hour

Full Time Role

Adecco UK Ltd are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to work in a Business to Business environment providing support to a Logistics Company based in Brough.

Main Duties

-Maintain customer satisfaction by supplying problem-solving resources

-Proactively manage customer orders in a correct and timely manner

-Demonstrate and promote excellent customer service through effective communications

-To collaborate with the team and business on daily and continuous improvements

-Complete Daily Routine and ensure any deadlines set are completed on time

-Dealing with Disputes

-Invoice queries

-Raising customer returns
