The Company
We are abusy Telecoms business based in Central London - we have been trading for 30 yearsproviding Hosted Systems, Fleet Mobiles, Leased Lines and Phone Systems to awide corporate customer base.
You willbe joining a small friendly service team to support our clients. This is achallenging role, and there is a real opportunity to succeed and make adifference.
You will be expected to establish aprofessional working relationship immediately with our Sales Team andunderstand your responsibilities quickly.
The Position

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday9am -5pm
15,000 pa
Role and Responsibilities
The primary role ofthe Customer Service Administrator:
To provide Serviceand Sales support as detailed below. The applicant must have a strong attentionto detail and be thorough in following through with all processes, gettingconfirmation that the customer is satisfied, and all their expectations weremet.
The Customer ServiceAdministrator role will include the following duties:

Responding to all calls and emails from clients in atimely manner.
·
Processing all new/upgrading mobile connectionsacross different Mobile Networks and maintaining a connection tracker.
·
Troubleshooting and reaching out to network teams foradditional support.
·
Ordering stock from our suppliers, preparingdeliveries, and maintaining a stock control tracker.
·
Providing usage reports to the sales department uponrequest.
·
Follow up calls/emails to clients confirming anychanges made to the account.
Adhoc jobs such as client visits to provide tech support when necessary.
Desired Qualities,Skills and Knowledge:
·
GCSE’s(English and Math’s – decent grade).
·
Exceptionaltelephone manner and computer literacy (Microsoft office).
·
HighInterest in/understanding of tech (mobiles, IT etc.)
·
Abilityto work under pressure.
·
Organisedwith great attention to detail.
·
Excellentwritten and spoken grammar.
