Customer Service Account Executive

Purpose of the Role: As a Customer Service Account Executive, you will be the first point of contact for their Fulfilment Clients. To understand their unique requirements and deliver top-notch customer support via telephone and email. Key Responsibilities:
Resolve day-to-day queries related to order processing and customer correspondence.Utilise their client and in-house ticketing system to provide timely updates on client queries.Collaborate with Accounts and Warehouse teams to address any issues that may impact order shipment.Provide detailed information to nominated Account Managers.Log internal and external customer issues, proposing solutions where needed. Key skills:
Proven customer service experience, meeting deadlines and SLA commitments.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.Strong interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to maintain high accuracy in work.Own transport essential (occasional travel to customer sites in the Southeast of England).
