Customer Sales Advisor

An exciting opportunity to work for a company based very close to Wrexham centre as a full time Customer Sales Advisor to promote a diverse range of services, you will be able to work flexibly on a hybrid basis using your superb communication and customer skills to the full. There is an excellent benefits package including on site parking, bonus (approx £6,000 per year) holidays rising to 32 days per year plus 8 days bank hols and a Blue Light Card providing various discounts at more than 15,000 retailers.
This role is Monday to Friday - 35 hours hybrid with no weekend or evening work
Key duties and responsibilities
Handle Inbound calls and email enquiries in a professional manner ensuring that customers' needs are identified and met.
Provide exceptional service to new and existing customers to develop relationships and offer the best solution for their requirements.
To build and maintain relationships and provide accurate and up to date information.
Proactively reach out to new and existing customers by making outgoing calls.
Complete strategic new business prospecting to identify areas of opportunity and growth.
Follow up calls to existing customers to build relationships and establish further requirements.
