Our team have a vast depth of knowledge in school business management and education HR. That’s our pedigree… In fact, our Managing Director worked as a School Business Manager/ Consultant for 7 years before setting up Fusion HR in 2011.
We’ve been around for a while, and now support over 1000 schools and 100 MATs, we have fused both our services and software products under one group name (FEPS) – Fusion Education People Solutions – providing the full wrap around, end to end solution for all schools and trusts.
This role is based at our fab Head Office at Calder Grove, Wakefield. We’re also super family-friendly and can offer part time or term time arrangements!
We are growing FAST – Be a part of our journey! So, what’s the role? We’re looking for Customer Relationship Officers who will be the first point of contact to clients who have purchased our fantastic education-specific software products, helping them with any queries they have and offering full operational support.
Some of the main responsibilities of our Customer Relationship Officers are:
Being the consistent point of contact for any product/software queries that our clients will have (you’ll be fully trained on our software so you’ll know what you’re talking about!)
Regular interaction with clients to ensure they're getting the best use out of our products Taking ownership of your clients queries and any niggles, ensuring that you can find a solution and exceed their expectationsLogging any tech bugs & issues with our Development Team whilst providing regular updates to your clients on the progressSupporting at any roadshows and events FEPS may be a part ofSupporting with the development of technical briefings/scripts for training, which will be invaluable to your client base when using our softwareWhat makes you the ideal candidate for us? Previous experience in a customer/client focussed environment -
You’ll get a real buzz for genuinely wanting to help our customers.
The ability to work as part of a busy and fast paced team - multi tasking is essential (free coffee is available all day, every day!)
Excellent attention to detail
A genuine commitment to outstanding customer service and resolution.
The ability to use a variety of systems and MS packages such as excel.
