Advinia Healthcare, a top 15 UK Care Home provider, is recruiting for Customer Relations Manager for our 2 new state of the art purpose built home based in Bishops Cleeve & Didcot.
Responsibilities:
· To sell Advinia’s Nursing, Residential and Dementia services to both local authority funded clients as well as private clients
· To generate referrals by meeting and building relationships with healthcare professionals including, but not limited to, Social Services, Discharge Co-ordinators, District Nurses, Psychiatrists, GP’s and Consultants, both off-site and on-site to promote the services offered by the Home and the company
· To build external relationships with the community including, but not limited to Voluntary organisations e.g Alzheimers Society, NAPA, Age UK, Solicitors for the elderly, Independent Financial Advisors and any other organisation that provides care or support for the elderly
· To manage all inbound enquiries from initial contact to the move-in day of the Resident, ensuring agreed processes are in place to track all enquiries (incl those at weekends) at all times
· To understand the key competitors to the Home in the local area (type of care, Weekly Fee levels, occupancy levels, care quality ratings, staffing issues - e.g high agency usage) in order to ensure the Home maximises its advantages vs these competitors
· To maximise good reviews through carehome.co.uk, ensuring the Home is in the top 3 homes for the local area.
