Customer Operations Advisor

Carbon60 are looking for a Customer Operations Advisor to work for a client of theirs based in Hull. This position is on a 12 week temp to perm contract.
This Customer Operations Advisor position offers working hours of Monday - Thursday : 8.30am - 5pm. 30 min break. Friday 3pm. 37.5 hour week.
General Details:
  • 50% of work in stores, stock taking
  • Tidying stores
  • Enquires by client. Pricing and ordering on EOS (SAP) and client systems.
  • Dealing with enquiries via email and in person

Essential skills / experience / qualifications:

  • Strong work ethic
  • Working under own initiative
  • IT literacy
  • Strong customer skills

Desirable skills / experience / qualifications:

  • SAP experience is desirable
  • Experience in engineering and stores
