Carbon60 are looking for a Customer Operations Advisor to work for a client of theirs based in Hull. This position is on a 12 week temp to perm contract.
This Customer Operations Advisor position offers working hours of Monday - Thursday : 8.30am - 5pm. 30 min break. Friday 3pm. 37.5 hour week.
General Details:- 50% of work in stores, stock taking
- Tidying stores
- Enquires by client. Pricing and ordering on EOS (SAP) and client systems.
- Dealing with enquiries via email and in person
Essential skills / experience / qualifications:
- Strong work ethic
- Working under own initiative
- IT literacy
- Strong customer skills
Desirable skills / experience / qualifications:
- SAP experience is desirable
- Experience in engineering and stores
