About the Company:
Our client is a leading drinks business experiencing exceptional growth in recent years. They boast an ever-expanding Supply Chain & Logistics team and are seeking a dedicated Customer Logistics Coordinator to join their dynamic team.
Role Overview:
As a Customer Logistics Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer orders, inventory, and 3PL providers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring efficient processing, invoicing, and handling of returns. Additionally, you will collaborate with the wider supply chain team on various projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage customer orders, invoices, and returns.
Oversee 3PL warehouses, hauliers, and freight forwarders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.
Manage inventory for assigned customers.
Support supply chain team on projects and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service (FMCG).
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
Proficient in 3PL management.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
Prior experience in customer service and order processing.
