Customer Liaison Officer

First Call Contract Services are looking for full time Customer and Logistics Liaison officer at Stansted Airport. This is a Temp- Perm Role. Main Duties: Role purpose is to ensure that the company you will work for are represented back of house in the Terminal of Stansted Airport and are available to assist the customers when required. Also supporting passengers/ Customers in Stansted Airport with any airport enquiries. -Monitor and control the safety of all goods delivery points. -Work with partners to manage flow of goods through the logistics and lift areas - Focusing on health and safety/ Compliance with elements of cleaning. - Customer Service Training will be provided. Shifts: MUST be fully flexible with your shifts as the pattern is 4 days on/ 4 days off. 06:00-18:00pm Pay: £12.70 per hour, paid weekly every Friday If you are interested in the role, please apply below, and a member of the team will contact you.
