Customer Liaison Officer
We are looking for a Customer Liaison officer on a temporary basis to join our central Derby based client. The role is working within a manufacturing setting you will work closely with the customer to maximise opportunity for continued business ensuring quality procedures are maintained.
Your duties
+ Sales order integrity and order book
+ Optimise working relationships through calls and meetings
+ Ensure contract procedures are followed
+ Handling invoice queries
+ Working closely with the production team ensuring orders meet customer demand
You will require:
+ Manufacturing industry experience
+ Strong communication skills
+ Strong Microsoft and excel skills
+ Understand the importance of KPI's
Hourly Rate up to �16.00 per hour
Monday to Friday office hours
