Job DescriptionManagement of 10fte within customer experience responsible for all customer interactions via phone and emailCreate a world class level of service across the entire customer journey, looking at how we can improve moving forwardUse all available MI & data sources to understand customer behaviours and trendsCreate and present reports around customer satisfactionTake ownership of any escalate customer issuesKeep up to date with industry trends and productsBuild strong working relationships with key B2B customers through clear and transparent communicationsProvide the team with regular training and the tools to be successful in their rolesWork closely with key internal stakeholders across Warehouse, Logistics, Sales & E-commerce The Successful ApplicantExperience managing a similar customer experience / service functionCustomer centric approachAbility to work in a time sensitive environmentStrong process improvement knowledgeExcellent communicator What's on Offer The role of Customer Experience Manager will join a national FMCG / Consumer business based on the outskirts of Leeds.The role offers a salary of £35,000 - £42,000 plus 26 days holiday plus bank, excellent pension, free parking, company discount and fantastic, modern working environment
