About International House
International House London is an established and well-known language school, with over sixty years of experience in providing language courses and teacher training programmes. Our spacious and fully equipped school is based near Covent Garden and we are a founding member of the International House World Organisation.
Role requirements:
This exciting and varied role will entail working closely with and support the Exams Experience Supervisor and wider exams department
to help ensure the smooth running of the Exams Centre. In addition the postholder will respond to candidate queries by phone, email and face to face, process payments, log stock usage and assist with candidate complaints.
The role holder will also support with processing applications using exam registration systems, taking and recording payments, as well as assess and process ID and verification documents. Furthermore the post holder will check and log live test materials and work with the Support Staff Manager to arrange test day staff training and input sessions.
Finally the role holder will collect and prepare examiner samples for monitoring, alongside prepare review packs for examiners and assist with support staff performance reviews and tracking.

Excellent organisational and time management skills
Experience in following stringent systems and processes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work unsupervised and demonstrate awareness of when to refer complex matters to senior staff
Demonstrable ability to use different IT packages confidently and competently
Ability to work quickly and accurately with basic numerical information and financial records
Ability to prioritise work and work effectively under pressure
Ability to work flexibly as part of a small team
A commitment to acting in the best interests of the staff, candidates and test center at all time
