Right now, were expanding our Newcastle and Bath offices and taking on Customer Experience Consultants.
The Role
As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for new and potential customers of L&C. You'll be speaking to customers on both an inbound and outbound basis, building rapport and helping them up to the point of wanting to proceed with our various services here at L&C, as well as during and at the end of their journey calling to see if we can help further.
