Customer Complaints Specialist

Remote working - with occasional travel to Leicestershire

35 Hours a week, 8-6PM

�25-30 Per Hour, Weekly Pay

Sellick Partnership are recruiting on behalf of a Housing organisation based in the East Midlands for a number of remote working Customer Complaints Specialists. The ideal candidate will have experience in resolving customer complaints and related enquiries, reporting on customer feedback, satisfaction and lessons learnt from complaints. You will be instrumental in improving the link between customers and the client.

Responsibilities of the Customer Complaints Specialist will involve, but may not be limited to:

  • Allocating work to the team
  • Supporting the Business Insights Team and the wider organisation in delivering accurate customer feedback and lessons learnt from complaints
  • Providing regularly data preparation and data checks
  • Identifying regular issues and patterns in regards to complaints
  • Reviewing customer satisfaction feedback

The Successful Customer Complaints person will have:

  • Good knowledge of Housing Repairs and Maintenance
