Customer Experience Team Member

Location: Doncaster, UK
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: £24,000 per year
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Team Member to join existing team in Doncaster. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

* Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

* Provide product and service information to customers

* Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery

Requirements

* Previous experience in a customer service role

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
