Description
As a Customer Experience Advisor you will be handling calls from customers dealing with automotive queries you will be ensuring these are resolved promptly and efficiently and service level agreements are exceeded.
You will be also handling a range of calls from one of the organisations clients this could be regarding any warranties and insurance claims.
