Job Description As a Customer Experience Advisor you will be working within a Contact Centre Environment dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls assisting with a range of enquiries from existing customers ensuring these are resolved promptly and efficiently and a high level of service is provided.The role will also include corresponding with customers over email, webchat and other online platforms.
