Salary:��37,687 per annum, plus �1,680 car allowance



Our client is seeking a vibrant and proactive individual to fill the role of Customer Engagement Manager. This pivotal position requires someone with a passion for fostering community engagement, collecting and analyzing feedback, and championing the needs of our residents and customers. Key Responsibilities:




  • Lead the Resident, Customer, and Community Inclusion Team to deliver comprehensive engagement programs across their housing, care, and support services.

  • Stay abreast of housing legislation, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices related to customer engagement.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and residents to develop projects aimed at improving communities, while identifying and securing funding opportunities.

  • Oversee a team dedicated to early intervention, engagement, and community safety initiatives.

  • Provide regular performance reports and monitor progress against key performance indicators.

  • Ensure the health, wellbeing, and safety of vulnerable individuals in accordance with safeguarding policies and procedures.



Requirements:




  • Proven experience in customer engagement or community development roles.

  • Strong knowledge of housing legislation and regulatory frameworks.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve objectives.

  • A proactive approach to identifying and implementing innovative engagement strategies.
