Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Resident, Customer, and Community Inclusion Team to deliver comprehensive engagement programs across their housing, care, and support services.
- Stay abreast of housing legislation, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices related to customer engagement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and residents to develop projects aimed at improving communities, while identifying and securing funding opportunities.
- Oversee a team dedicated to early intervention, engagement, and community safety initiatives.
- Provide regular performance reports and monitor progress against key performance indicators.
- Ensure the health, wellbeing, and safety of vulnerable individuals in accordance with safeguarding policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer engagement or community development roles.
- Strong knowledge of housing legislation and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve objectives.
- A proactive approach to identifying and implementing innovative engagement strategies.
