Customer Collections Advisor

As a Customer Collections Advisor you will be responsible for liaising with a UK customer base and collecting immediate payments.

Our client is a well-established leading business within the business and professional service field. They are looking for an experienced Customer Collections Advisor to join their Salford team on a 6 month FTC.

Description

As a Customer Collections Advisor you will:

• Making outbound calls to customers collecting debt payments
• Triage complex debtor issues to the correct teams
• Taking payments by debit or credit card
• Signing customers up to Direct Debit payments
• Considering next steps when debts are unrecoverable
• Other ad hoc duties as and when required

Profile

To be successful in this role:

• 2 years experience within a call centre environment

• Able to work well under pressure and prioritise own workload

• Capability to be both personable and firm with clients, to resolve any issues and collect any money owed
• Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy is imperative
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
