Job Description As a Customer Claims Advisor you will be dealing with customers who need to make a claim on their policy responsible for the process from start to finish ensuring service level agreements are met.You will also be dealing with a wide range of enquiries and liaising with third parties.The role will also be looking after a busy inbox and corresponding with customers over webchat and other platforms.
The Successful Applicant Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitality An excellent telephone manner Extremely customer centric and passionate about delivering the best service Able to work in a fast paced environment A good team player
