Managing, administering and responding to incoming calls and emails from end customers and our Distributor network.You will ensure that all customer queries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally.You will also oversee the warranty process, product recall campaigns, and customer feedback analysis.You will report to Senior Management and work closely with other departments to drive product development and customer satisfaction. Key Requirements & Experience
