Customer Care Operative - Permanent – Barking - £38,000 plus Van/Allowance

Wheatstone Solutions are working with a Residential developer looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Maintenance Operative into the team.

The duties of the role will be to carry out a high standard of customer service and multi trades / maintenance works within occupied homes. This includes works from Carpentry, Plumbing, Decorating, Painting, Tiling throughout the warranty period.

Duties of the role: 

• Meet with customers in their homes and carry out works to a high-quality and timely manner. 


• Working along-side contractors as necessary to ensure all works are carried out as necessary


• Reporting to the Customer Care department regarding works that are finished, keeping in touch and up to date.


• Adhering to Health & Safety policies at all times 

Skills Required:

• You must have experience working for a House Builder within a similar role such as Multi Trade Technician / Operative.


• Multi Trade works to be carried out include Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting, Decorating, Tiling, Mastic, Easing doors/floor boards etc. 


• NHBC knowledge 


• Full Driving License
