A well-established manufacturer that have global customers and are the market leader in the UK within their niche. They are now looking for a customer care coordinator to join the team due to a promotion within the business!
Job Description:
Due to business growth the opportunity has arisen to join the customer care team. You will be communicating with customers to answer any queries/questions that they have whilst building relationships to help improve retention.�
Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience working within a manufacturing environment in a customer service role desirable�
- A proactive individual who has the ability to be flexible in their role whilst staying organised
- Must be commercially savvy and has the ability to pick up on leads to provide to the wider team
- Provide excellent customer care to customers in line with company expectations
- Process customer orders, answer queries and complaints and log all corespondance on the CRM system
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build relationships with customers through trust and transparency when dealing with queries from the customer
