We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Customer Care Coordinator to join our Clients friendly team in Biggleswade.This crucial role ensures that all customers receive an efficient and quality service - delivered in cost effective, timely and safe manner. This role would suit a highly organised individual who is looking to progress within the company.What’s in it for you?Salary £22,000 depending on experienceDiscretionary Annual bonus based on Company performanceCareer progression opportunitiesWhat will you be doing in the Customer care coordinator role?Being the primary point of contact for dedicated customers on the phone and by email.Administrating bookings, stock and queries.Raising delivery paperwork on our in-house system.Greeting customers, visitors and drivers upon arrival at site.Answering the main telephone number and directing calls as appropriate.Checking and organising the return of delivery paperwork from drivers.This is an office-based role, working Monday-Friday from 09:00-18:00.
