Yes this role offers progression for the right people and as the team gets bigger you will be considered for a possible management role when its needed.Key Duties: Managing Incoming Defects: Effectively handle and allocate incoming defects from residents and clients, coordinating with relevant contractors via the Clixifix system.Phone and Email Communication:Handle incoming calls and emails, providing prompt and professional responses to address inquiries and concerns.Client Updates: Keep clients informed about the progress of their requests and ensure timely and accurate updates.Plot Certification and Handover: Manage and chase incoming plot certification, ensuring all necessary documentation is ready for handover and sale.Handover Packs and Reports: Prepare comprehensive handover packs and contents, as well as create reports for management staff.Cost Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of material costs, ensuring financial transparency and efficiency.Department Communication: Liaise and update various departments, fostering effective collaboration and alignment.Handover Paperwork: Complete handover paperwork, including utilities change of responsibility, ensuring a smooth transition for new homeowners.️Requirements: ️
* Previous experience in a similar role within the affordable housing sector is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
