Join my client’s Global Bakery Business and become an integral part of their team as a Customer Care Agent. They are a renowned industry leader, working closely with Major UK Retailers, and are seeking an exceptional individual to ensure seamless operations within their dynamic, close-knit Customer Supply Chain Team. As a Customer Care Agent, you will play a crucial role in co-ordinating the delivery of bakery products to their key clients. Your responsibilities will include: Customer facing role: supporting in commercial meetingsManaging orders, monitoring inventory levels, and optimizing supply chain efficiencyManaging customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.Ensure customer requirements are fulfilled by accurate and timely processing of orders. Manage our order to Invoice processes using our internal systems (SAP)Be the ‘voice of the customer’ with our network planning and production sites regarding stock availability, forecasts, shipment details and delivery presentationYour strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication abilities will enable you to thrive in this rewarding roleTo hit the ground running, you will need a solid understanding of customer service principles and have experience within a similar role.
