Customer Care Advisor We are working with a well-established, exciting and inspiring organisation based in Warwick. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to join an engaging and proactive team and develop their career within Customer Services.The successful candidate will be required to provide effective and efficient support to customers and prospects who have queries. Often acting as the first point of contact for customers, professionalism and good customer service skills are imperativeThe customer Services advisor key responsibilities will include: Manage email enquiries and add prospect data to our CRM databaseAnswer enquiries relating to bulk and cylinder businessFollow up leads on the telephoneOffer technical advice on productsHandle all calls, in a professional manner and be receptive to complaints or problems. Including handling requests from the general public, contractors and Merchants.Proactively promote services/productsBe able to work and co-operate as part of a team, assisting and supporting colleagues, Team Leaderand otherdepartments when necessary As such we would expect a Customer Services person to be able to: Handle all calls, in a professional and empathetic manner and be receptive to and resolve complaints or problemsDemonstrate good admin skillsHave good problem-solving skills and be able to work on your own initiativeHave a flexible and adaptable approachBe able to work and co-operate as part of a team, assisting and supporting colleagues, Team leadersother departments when necessaryHave excellent organisational / Interpersonal SkillsDemonstrate customer focus and be tenacious in pursuit of business and team goalsDisplay effective written and verbal communication skillsHave good keyboard/VDU and telephony skillsHave experience withMicrosoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Outlook INDG
