We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Administrator to join our commercial team at our Head Office in Basingstoke.
What will you be doing?
As Customer Care Administrator, you will manage customer accounts to deliver excellent service.
Key duties:
• Call handling and direct contact with the customer.
• Entering orders and managing order fulfilment
• Communicating with customers on status of their orders and back orders.
• Chasing missing lines on orders and liaise with operations team for an update.
• Supporting price and invoice queries from customers and sales teams
• Raising credits for customers.
• Maintain an issue log and work to resolve outstanding items.
• Supporting aftercare service.

What are we looking for?
Essential skills
• GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
• Computer literate and able to work with Microsoft Office or equivalent.
• Proven customer service experience
• High attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Negotiation skills
• Tenacity
• Demonstrable customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
