Job Role: Customer call advisor

Location: Loughborough

Salary: Up to �25k Per Annum

The Company:

Our client is a major and rapidly expanding commercial fleet management company, who are looking to add to their team and bring on a Customer call advisor for their offices based in Loughborough. The successful candidate will be part of a growing company who offer rewarding careers and a forward thinking, inclusive working environment.

The Candidate:

We are looking for an organised and proactive complaints call handler, with a customer service background, who can foster the ability to deal issues promptly and courteously.

Reporting to the Maintenance Desk Manager, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Automotive maintenance experience preferred but not essential.
  • Customer service experience essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft / Excel applications.
  • Maintains own level of competence.

Maintenance Controller Responsibilities:

The role includes but is not limited to:

  • Answering the phones in a proficient manner
  • Emails responded to and up to date by end of the day.
  • Ensuring all breakdown calls are administered with appropriate actions and followed up.
  • Use of the appropriate party to attend breakdowns ensuring fix first time.
  • MOT and servicing bookings
  • keeping up to date with legislation and ensuring fleet are compliant
  • Leasing with third party recovery providers and organising replacement transport.
  • Escalation of any non-attendances to relevant line Supervisor
