This is a brand new and exciting opportunity within our CRM Team at HCA Healthcare UK and has key responsibilities to support and deliver our design and data processes for our core CRM platforms as well as CX strategy and improvements.As a Customer and CRM Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing, identifying, and understanding customer segments, including demographics, behaviours, preferences, and pain points. You’ll then use your analytical mindset, design thinking methods and techniques, to work with the Head of CRM and Analytics, CRM, and Data Manager, as well as colleagues and stakeholders at facility and service line level, to support in delivering our key Customer Engagement strategy, Lead Journeys and Value Streams helping HCA UK better understand the needs of our customers.Above all else, we’re committed to the care and improvement of human life. Other’s may think this is just a role in our Digital Marketing team, but to us, you’ll be part of a wider team with a unique sense of purpose, one that helps improve lives on a daily basis.What you’ll do:Manage the update and upkeep of key data entities in our CRM systems working with the Lead CRM developer.Create and maintain the data that drives dashboards derived from our CRM systems that include B2B, HR, customer, and consultant data. Maintain the customer marketing database which is the single source of our customer data, segmentation and marketing permissions ensuring its ongoing accuracy.Work with the CRM and Data manager to ensure the data that is derived from our CRM systems is accessible and visualised through Power BI dashboards. Develop new Power BI dashboards when needed to ensure the business has access to relevant and actionable insights to drive key decisions.Work on improving existing models and create new models where necessary to support projects such as customer segmentation and attribution.What you’ll bring:Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a Data Analytics role.Excellent knowledge of R/SQL/Python/MS Excel – ability to run queries to extract data from multiple systems.Excellent knowledge of Power BI for creating self-service reportingExperience in customer and marketing segmentation.Experience with the intake and managing of external data sources.Possess a solid understanding of Master & Reference Data, Data Quality, and Data Governance, as well as the ability to apply this knowledge to requirements definition and lineage management.Experience in deriving data from CRM system for use in dashboards either via SQL or from dataverse.Possess a solid understanding of Master & Reference Data, Data Quality, and Data Governance, as well as the ability to apply this knowledge to requirements definition and lineage management.Why HCA UK?Originally founded over 50 years ago by Dr Thomas Frist, HCA has gone on to become one of the world’s leading healthcare providers.
