Our client based in Bournemouth town centre is a small, fast-paced, fast-growing company, due to an internal promotion they have a requirement for an experienced Customer Service professional to join their team offering comprehensive day-to-day first line support to their existing customer base. As a 1st Line Customer Support Exec your responsibilities will include: Being part of the 1st line call group, answering inbound calls from clients and dealing with inbound emails / tickets.Processing any post that comes through to the team.Making outbound calls to check in with clients on a regular basis to see if they are happy with the service and maximise opportunities for the business.Managing price changes for customers – this will include bespoke letters and emails if required.Onboarding new clients – this will include sending contracts, setting up on the internal system and all admin/communication involved with onboarding a new client.Updating internal and external training resources where required.Managing the outputs from our customer feedback responses.Ensuring system alerts are processed within an hour of them being added to the site.Make changes to creditors’ plans and set-up when required.We are looking for a strong team player with a friendly and approachable nature, you must have a confident telephone manner and a passion for delivering first class customer service. You must be able to evidence excellent IT skills, including a good knowledge of Excel and data analysis / management, a fast learner and team player who is willing to take on additional responsibilities where necessary and a problem solver by nature.Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal are a must as is a good eye for detail, This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
