Job Title: Customer Account Manager
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 pa + bonus
Location: Near St Albans (Redbourn)
Contract: Full time, Permanent- Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

·Proven experience in Account Management or a Customer Focused role

RESPONSIBILITIES
·Supporting customer base, and growing and retaining accounts
·Answering incoming customer related queries
·Managing customer cases for faults and billing issues
·Making sure systems are updated and accurate
·Coordinating the training schedule for self growth
·Competitor analysis and keeping up to date with market trends
·Being an all-round advocate within the business and team
·Making sure customer retention is high
·Handling customer feedback and complaints on the phone and e-mail
·Developing knowledge to be able to educate customers
·Creating opportunities to benefit customers
