Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a global business in Hull who are looking for a Customer Account Manager to join their expanding business. You will be responsible for managing the export of products to a large European client base.

Duties to include-

• Processing high value orders for UK and international customers and acting as a main point of contact from order though to delivery.
• Responsible for ensuring all customs clearance on export freight and shipping product
• Dealing with all export documentation
• Liaising with shipping agents and freight forwarders ensuring Brexit customs are adhered to
• Ensure sales orders are correct along with pricing for logistics
• Supply Chain coordination of all products
• Working closely with customers around credit and debit matters
• Maintaining accurate information on Sap

You will have

• Experience within logistics (Import/Export/Transport)
• Account Management experience
• Excellent customer service experience
• Fantastic interpersonal skills
• Strong IT skills
• Sap skills desirable
