We welcome applications from all people with relevant skills, knowledge, and experience, including those from diverse backgrounds currently underrepresented in sustainability and project management.The Account Executive role:As Account Executive, you will support a small team of Customer Account Managers to provide an outstanding level of service to a portfolio of large-scale companies from the built environment, supporting and implementing action plans to embed the Supply Chain Sustainability School within their colleges, education providers, students and staff.The role’s key objectives are to support the delivery of best value and benefits of the School and collaborate to ensure customer satisfaction.About You:This role would perfectly suit someone with a mix of project management, administration and communication skills including:At least 2+ years working in a commercial environmentStrong administration and support experienceProject management, customer facing or business development experienceAbility to communicate clearly in both verbal and written formExcellent organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to work in a flexible and creative wayAbility to multitask and prioritise in a busy environmentProactive approach – a “can do” attitude and proven ability to make things happenAbility to engage meaningfully with stakeholders, good relationship, and trust building skillsExcellent IT skills including proficiency in Excel (WordPress experience beneficial)Passion for sustainabilityUnderstanding of the built environment (desirable)What’s on Offer:Better work-life balance through flexible workingProfit share – when we do well, you do wellDiscretionary bonusEnhanced maternity and paternity payProfessional memberships and development programmes
