We are looking for a Customer Account Administrator to work in Alfreton, Derbyshire.

Job Profile:

We are looking for an Account Administrator with an outgoing personality to help build mutually beneficial relationships with new and existing clients.

Duties Include:

• Communicating directly with new and existing customers over the phone


• Handling queries


• Managing and growing relationships with existing customers
