Customer Success Executive – About Us:
WhyQ is a software businesses working primarily with restaurants, bars and other types of hospitality and leisure industries. WhyQ is the owner of Mighty CRM, a fast growing and innovative software system for bars and restaurants. Mighty CRM is a powerful tool for restaurant owners and operators to use to keep in touch with their customers on social media, through email campaigns, through till systems, wifi and loyalty programmes.
We believe that skills can be taught, but attitude, charisma and honesty are nurtured. So we’re looking for people who see themselves as honest, charismatic, eager to learn and interested in the restaurant world and the software sytems that drive it.
Customer Success Executive – The Role:
As a customer success executive, you will be given full practical, technical and industry related training with leaders from the hospitality and software worlds as well as being given the full syllabus of training as part of the kickstarter programme. You’ll learn to really understand how our systems work, how to help new customers to make the most of the systems and to work with our partners to ensure that they enjoy a simple, seemless transition on to our systems.
Your role will be predominantly home-based and we will of course provide you with the technology you need to do your job properly. There will be some travel required into London (when the COVID rules allow) and possibly to meet our software partners around the country in person if necessary.
As a customer success executive for Mighty CRM, you will earn the National Living Wage for 25 hours per week, as well as an incredibly generous commission once you are fully trained. You will be handed details by our sales team for all new customers and your role will be to guide them through our onboarding and launch programme. For every restaurant or bar you support successfully through their on-boarding and launch on Mighty CRM, you will received a commission of £50. We will not cap your earnings and the possibilities are only limited by your success!
At the end of the 6 month placement, we will be offering full time positions to any of our kickstarter placements who have proven that they have learned the skills required and are able to contribute on an ongoing basis to the business. We are committed to nurturing and retaining great people.

Customer Success Executive – You:
We are looking for people with people skills, engaging personalities, a willingness to learn and a positive attitude. We’ll consider your school or university grades, but they are not essential.
We’d want our successful candidate to have a keen interest in computer software as well as the world of restaurants, food or drink. Its vitally important that you can understand and relate to the customers and sales team you will be working with.
We’d also want all our successful candidates to have strong computing skills, a good command of mainstream software, social media and the ability to understand and learn the core functions of a software package.
