Culture and Engagement Advisor

Salary - £35,000 - £38,000
A global law firm, In London are looking to recruit a Culture and Engagement Advisor to join their firm and team.
The Culture and Engagement Advisor will work closely with the Culture and Engagement Manager to maintain the firms culture and values as they grow and expand.
They will help deliver the firm’s Culture Strategy. In particular, supporting with:
Engagement with the firms people, through surveys and other sources, and coordinating the response to that data;
The refresh of the firms values;
Implementing and maintaining the global mentoring scheme;
Developing and promoting the firm’s culture-related intranet pages;
Coordinating community activities.
The Culture and Engagement Advisor will oversee the day-to-day management of the firm’s Office Community Representatives who are responsible for organising social events and initiatives within their local office, with the aim of bringing people together.
They will also take the lead in the running the firm’s Global Mentoring Scheme which is due for re-launch later this year with scope for the successful applicant to help shape its development over time.
Some other key responsibilities:
Support with the design and delivery of firmwide culture and engagement initiatives.
Manage and build relationships with internal stakeholders across all levels.
Draft and disseminate firmwide communications for culture activities, including liaising with the Internal Comms team to build awareness of ongoing projects, increase transparency around progress, and celebrate successes and impact within the firm.
Monitor the success of culture activities by collecting and reviewing regular updates and data.
Generate and actively seek out new ideas for culture activities and other related projects.
Work collaboratively to support the implementation of local and global culture and engagement events and initiatives through partnering with key stakeholders from the HR, Sustainability, D&I and Wellbeing teams.
Skills and Experience
Experience of supporting on culture and/or engagement projects.
Ideally have worked within a professional services firm (preference for law firm experience).
Experience of working in a diverse and cross-cultural global organisation.
Experience of supporting on culture change activities on an international scale.
