We provide high quality programmes and experiences to up to 9,000 children, young people, and adults per week across our community.CUCF are looking to recruit enthusiastic and committed individuals (Candidates must be 16 or over) to represent Colchester United on a matchday delivering/co-ordinating Colchester United and Colchester United Community Foundation activities, which include:CUFC MascotsCUFC Birthday PartiesCUFC Matchday ClubsFan Engagement ActivitiesCommunity Celebratory EventsIf you are an individual looking for additional work alongside any other work commitments or have a passion for Colchester United and wish to contribute to our fan engagement, then this is the opportunity for you!We have positions available for the remainder of the 2023/24 season and for the new 2024/25 season!Candidates must hold:A minimum FA Introduction to Coaching Qualification (To undertake coaching activities)FA Safeguarding Children CertificateFA First Aid CertificateEnhanced DBS (CUFC will support with obtaining this)We re seeking staff to:DevelopDevelop positive and effective relationships and partnerships with colleagues, fans, participants, parents/guardians, and community partners.DeliverDeliver a high-quality provision and fan engagement with matchday programmes.
