As we continue to grow, we are looking for talented individuals to help us expand and enhance our imaging services.Position Overview: As a CT Radiographer at DMC, you will operate independently and be accountable for delivering specialist radiographic services to our patients. This includes providing an exceptional quality of clinical care in CT imaging while complying with relevant UK radiography standards and guidelines such as Radiation Protection Guidelines from the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and Public Health England (PHE), Professional Practice Standards as outlined by the Society and College of Radiographers (SCoR), and Quality Assurance Standards to ensure the maintenance and improvement of radiographic image quality and equipment. Additionally, adherence to the standards set forth by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) for professional practice is essential. You will contribute to the efficient management of the department, particularly in CT imaging, while fostering a positive relationship with the multidisciplinary team.Key Responsibilities:Ensuring superior radiographic service with a specialisation in CT scans for eligible individuals.Offering specialised CT services in line with healthcare protocols.Executing a broad spectrum of CT examinations, addressing both routine and intricate diagnostic needs.Contributing expertise in CT clinic sessions and providing guidance to referring doctors.Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient careRequirements:CT Radiography Qualification: Holding a medical imaging or radiography degree along with a recognised specialisation in CT radiography, such as a Postgraduate Certificate, Diploma in Medical Imaging, or equivalent specialised radiography qualification.Radiography Experience: Proven experience in conducting a wide range of CT scans, including complex diagnostic imaging.Full HCPC Registration: Active registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).Clinical Radiography Expertise: Demonstrated ability in performing CT imaging procedures, with knowledge in radiation safety and contrast administration.Outpatient Imaging Experience: Extensive experience in outpatient imaging settings, providing diagnostic and sometimes interventional radiographic services.Location: Primarily London, however we are accepting applications from anywhere in the UK and we will reach out to you once a role becomes available in your area.Why Join DMC Healthcare?Collaborative and supportive work environmentMake a meaningful impact on patient careHow to Apply: If you are a CT Radiographer looking for an opportunity to further develop your career and contribute to the growth of our Radiography offering, then we want to hear from you!
