for improving website conversion to drive incremental revenue and meet
commercial targetWhat are we looking for?Champion
best-practice digital customer experience on our websites and appsReview
quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities for improvement,
including website analytics, user testing and guest feedbackPerform
ongoing, detailed analysis (e.g. browser & device type, geographic,
funnel analysis, lead time, product performance, marketing channel, order
values) to identify issues and drop-offDevise
and deliver a continuous a/b and multivariate testing programme to improve
conversion rates and revenueConsider
all elements including design, content and functional aspects, optimise the
full digital user journey, including landing pages, product details and our
booking engineTest
offers, propositions and promotions to inform future commercial plansReport to
the wider business on both website performance and the testing programme, both
to communicate results and make them aware of forthcoming changesIdentify
and deliver improvements to enable self-service online for those who might
(otherwise unnecessarily) convert through our call centre, as well as
gathering feedback from the wider businessAnalyse
the effectiveness of website merchandising and personalisationSupport
the Digital Content team with data insights on how to structure and organise
content to meet business goalsWork with
