CRO Front End Developer

Our role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced CRO Front-End Developer to join our Optimisation team at The White Company to build a variety of exciting campaigns and experiments as part of our Optimisation programme – all driven to help improve the customer experience and conversion.
You’ll be leading our Junior Front End Developer within the team and working with our Senior Optimisation Manager. The role will also be working closely with Analysts, Trade and Production teams, and cross-functionally with UX, UI, wider Development squads and Marketing.
What you'll be doing
Lead on the build of high-quality test and personalisation campaigns (AB, ABn and MVT) inline with the Optimisation roadmap
Take ownership of the development of those test campaigns, from initial investigation, discovery, sizing, through to final bug checks and delivery – whilst using innovative approaches to solve problems
Become subject matter expert in our testing platform – ensuring its setup and implementation is optimal
Lead on the creation and setup of audiences and bespoke profile scripts within the testing platform
Develop and write test scripts for UAT and then debugging and making fixes accordingly
Helping lead on the sprint planning process for the Optimisation team
Creating good working relations with other developers (Front-End and Back-End) to share best practices
Discuss and present technical solutions (and jargon) clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Establish best practice within builds – using consistent code and build approaches (where relevant), naming conventions, timely communication of progress to stakeholders and filing documentation ready for handover to development teams
Support the Trade and Production teams to help with general development needs for the website
Keep stakeholders and the Optimisation team informed of new technologies within CRO with a view to incorporating these in future projects
