CRM Training Manager
to work with a company that has a strong position in the markets for artificial lift, specialized chemicals, and completions, and which is a world leader in oilfield services and equipment.

Required:
Moving automation and system procedures from SKUID to SFDC layer to improve data processing and speed up page loads.
Setting up data connectivity to access a wider range of instruments for business effectiveness.
Creating a new user interface (UI) for a more modern and effective platform, including mobile access.
Creating the entire training approach and plan of action, which includes scheduling, resource allocation, and curriculum design.
Daily planning and coordination meetings with the Change Management team
