CRM, Technology and Ops Manager
Job Description
The CRM, Technology and Ops Manager role is the “glue” between teams inside and outside the sales/services function. It acts as a designer of solutions where there is a gap or improvements regarding our ways of working, processes and methodology.Summary of your day-to-day?Capture and define the services and sales requirements that are needed to correctly use Salesforce while being consistent with the global standard. Understand and implement the global process principles, process and methodologies. Increase user adoption through enablement/communication material, creating and updating playbooks, on demand content.
Key Responsibilities
