Job Description Key Responsibilities of the CRM Specialist:Maintain and optimise the HubSpot CRM platform for efficient B2B customer data management and segmentation with the inclusion of Customer Data Base Management.Design and implement automated email marketing campaigns within HubSpot to nurture leads and drive sales.Utilise CRM data to perform gap analysis and identify upselling opportunities for existing customers.Manage and optimise sales funnels within HubSpot to ensure a smooth customer journey.Assist the sales team with generating reports and data analysis for informed decision making.Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team on utilising HubSpot and CRM features effectively.Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in HubSpot, CRM, and sales operations. The Successful Applicant A successful CRM Specialist should have:Experience in a CRM role working with Hubspot.Proven experience in managing and optimising sales funnels.Strong analytical skills.Strong communication and team collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
