Grace Media is an innovative and exciting Casino Operator, and we are looking for a vibrant CRM Specialist looking to take the next step in their career!
As a CRM Executive, you will help manage and oversee the optimisation of player retention and promotions for both new and lapsed customers. You will join the rest of the CRM team in playing a crucial role in driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a strong understanding of customer behaviour, and experience in a similar role.Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic UK & International marketing plans for the online casino network, targeting diverse global markets to drive player acquisition of RND (registered but not deposited) & retention Lapsed segments.
Implement data-driven UK & international marketing strategies, considering regional preferences and cultural nuances to optimise player targeting and maximise return on investment in different geographics.
Provide clear and concise brief of content requirements to the Comms team across all campaign requirements.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis in UK & international markets to identify industry trends and opportunities for growth on a global scale.
Collaborate with the wider CRM team to plan and execute the overall promotional strategy.
Ensure relevant QA is completed to ensure all tasks are completed with a high level of accuracy and within assigned deadlines.
Report and manage the performance on relevant KPIs to key stakeholders.
Manage marketing budgets effectively, to ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact based on campaign performance analysis.
Stay up to date with all Geo industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring all marketing efforts align with responsible gambling guidelines and legal standards in different regions.
Utilise customer segmentation and personalised marketing strategies to deliver tailored experiences to different player segments in various markets.
Monitor global online casino trends and player preferences to continuously improve and optimise the user experience across the network.
Implement effective marketing strategies and surveys across the network to understand the customer relationships and drive the return/gaining of RND & Lapsed players.
Provide clear and concise reports and insights with recommendations to the management team on marketing performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Monitor and manage the engagement of player activity through the platform-conversion percentage, time to first deposit, drop off/abandon points for example.
Manage the end-to-end marketing for customer win-back campaigns.
Experience in a similar role preferred.
Experience with CRM and Email Marketing tools preferred.
Online gaming experience preferred but not essential.
Strong analytical skills with a creative flair.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with promotion and/or marketing campaign planning.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written).
Experience working to deadlines, KPIs and targets.
Highly organised with excellent time management and planning skills with the ability to plan and manage several campaigns and tasks.
Can work well independently and as part of a team.
