This is a hybrid role with an expectation of 3 days per week in office at ProCook’s Gloucestershire bespoke built head office building.
This role is focused on improving the email planning and execution, driving both engagement and revenue from new and existing customers.
Reporting into the Head of Retention, you will be an excellent collaborator, an advocate for the customer experience and a champion at turning offers and campaigns into great customer communications. You will take responsibility for delivering sale targets for the channel, by owning the planning and execution of broadcast, targeted and automated emails.
The role:

Own planning and execution of the email campaigns, based on Trade Plans, with a view to drive engagement and revenue, across both web and retail·
Work with Head of Retention and CRM analyst on creating and optimising automated lifecycle communications, from onboarding journey, to retargeting (Abandoned Browse/Cart) and reactivation.·
Constant review and refinement of our Master Template, both from technical and creative perspective, with a view to align with our brand guidelines, tone of voice, as well as industry best practices.·
Develop an ongoing test & learn capability to drive continuous improvement·
Work closely with CRM Analyst to track and report performance in an efficient way
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseThe successful candidate:·
Will have a proven record of accomplishment of planning and delivery of revenue-driver campaigns, ideally in the retail industry·
Experienced using CDP (Customer Data Platform) to execute customer communications. Bloomreach would be ideal.·
A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar role·
Be a great sales manager with an instinct for how to sell, and have a passion for telling the best story to customers on why they should buy a product·
Understanding of customer data and how to use it to improve customer communication relevance and drive more revenue·
