This position is hybrid, based 3 days in the office and 2 working remotely.
The Role - CRM Manager
Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager, responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing the CRM marketing strategy.
Managing lead nurturing campaigns alongside email, SMS and WhatsApp automation.
A/B testing and optimisation, analysing campaign KPIs such as deliverability and click through rate.
Ensuring the CRM system is well maintained, with accurate data and efficient segmentation.
Driving lead generation and conversion.
Requirements - CRM Manager
A minimum of 5 years CRM marketing experience.
Ideally a degree or relevant marketing qualification.
Proficiency of Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be an advantage.
Experience in creating and delivering CRM and email strategies.
Strong analytical skills and high levels of attention to detail.
Stakeholder management experience.
Location
This position is hybrid, based 3 days in the office and 2 working remotely.
Suitable commutable locations include: Cambridge, Newmarket, Sawston, Duxford, Linton, Haverhill, Ely, Cambourne, Bishops Stortford, Huntingdon, St Ives, Waterbeach, Milton, Burwell, Biggleswade, Soham, Fordham, Fulbourn, Saffron Walden, Royston, and Bury St Edmunds.
